At InfiSmoke, customer satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than a defective or damaged product.
Defective or Damaged Products:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged or defective.
• Please email infismoke@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence.
• Upon review, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Used products
• Opened cartridges or accessories
• Any item not in its original condition

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Restrictions
• We only ship to addresses where it is legal to purchase our products.
• You must be 21 years or older to receive delivery. Age verification may be required at checkout or upon delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
• InfiSmoke is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly with any issues after shipment.
International Shipping
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
